Lyft wanted to reach millennials and Gen Xers by emotionally connecting with them—and driving them to spark conversation. So we built a platform that played up the brand’s humanistic, community-centric vibe, and shared it where it matters: commuter routes, mass transit, restaurants and bars, and everyday errand locales.
